The “I choose to teach!” (Renkuosi mokyti!) programme attracts and trains motivated leaders to work for two years in the capacity of teachers who will focus each learner at school and develop their potential. The participants of the programme together with school communities implement projects of change. The effect and results of the projects are measured by surveys. Selection of new participants has now started. By September 2020, we plan to train 30 motivated participants who will work for the sake of success and enjoyment of learning of each pupil.
