"Vilnius Police Club for Children and Youth" is attended by children and young people from families experiencing difficulties and lacking skills. Most children and young people are active, some have behavioral disorders and need employment. Long-term practice shows that the best way to occupy such children and young people is sports activities.
Sports activities are a good way to relieve stress - young people who play sports develop not only their bodies, but also their souls. Children and young people who play sports are less prone to addictions and other negative social phenomena. The club premises have large spaces for various sports activities, and there is also a gym.
The goal of the project is to develop the health and sports skills of children and young people by carrying out preventive activities of harmful habits in the group of children and young people experiencing difficulties. When children and young people spend time in the gym and other activities, they have less time for loitering on the streets and for socially unacceptable behavior: drinking alcohol, smoking in public places.
Target audience – children and youth from families experiencing difficulties. Both school-age children and young people in Vilnius and Grigiškės will be able to attend this activity. It is also planned to include children and young people who do not attend our club, but want to engage in sports activities.
Let's give sports training classes to childern!
