"Thank you that, no matter how difficult it is to talk about one or another topic, you patiently wait for me until I decide that you always believed in me and allowed me to trust you and allow myself where it hurts or where there are not always words."
"Thank you, volunteer, for the time you have given me, the conversation, the encouragement, the encouragement, the faith greater than my own."
"I was very afraid of how to write, what to write, but everything went so easily and smoothly, thank you very much for your understanding."
Children's feedback after conversations in the Children's Line
Children's line is an emotional support service that responds to nearly 300 calls and messages from children and teenagers daily. Specially trained volunteer-counselors are ready to listen to children and teenagers every day by phone and online chat.
The operating principle of the children's line is to listen and hear every child who applies, without moralizing and underestimating the feelings they experience, and at the same time looking for ways to overcome difficulties. Daily emotional support is anonymous, confidential and free.
In order to be able to respond to every child's call or message, the Children's Line must invite, select, train and encourage people of good will who have decided to dedicate their time, knowledge and energy to volunteering in the organization. Volunteers are supportive hearts and attentive listening ears that accept children as they are.
Help listen to children by supporting the Children's Line!
The more children are heard and accepted, the brighter the society.
