During many years of experience working with foster children, SOTAS has noticed that almost all children who have survived the loss of their family have various behavioral and emotional difficulties and health disorders. In the family of guardians, children are surrounded by love, receive warmth and acceptance, but there are still a number of challenges due to the availability of the services of various specialists (speech therapist, occupational therapist, physiotherapist, etc.). It is necessary to help children under care immediately, "here and now", therefore a priority, preventive approach and the search for innovative ways of assistance are required. The availability of quality services for guardians, on-call guardians and children under their care contributes to the fact that more and more children grow up in families.

This project aims to increase the availability of health care and rehabilitation services for children left without parental care, taking into account children's development and health needs. After 8 hours, children under 10 years of age will be taken care of. diagnostic and therapeutic specialist services. Guardians and guardians on duty will be consulted on the necessary help for the children under their care.
