Pregnancy can become a crisis when an expectant woman lacks emotional support from her immediate environment, when there are relationship problems, material and financial difficulties, when she is afraid of becoming a single mother, learns about her health problems or those of her unborn child, or other difficult life situations. Crisis pregnancies also include losses (miscarriage, termination of pregnancy, loss of a baby shortly before or shortly after birth), as well as difficult emotional states of the mother after childbirth.
This project aims to provide assistance to women who have decided to give birth and are still pregnant, as well as single mothers who have already given birth or women who are experiencing other crisis pregnancy situations.
Expectant women who have received psychological, emotional support or other specialist consultation (geneticist, lawyer, doula) will feel safer, calm down, accept their pregnancy and motherhood more positively, and better prepare for the birth and upbringing of a child. Better mental well-being will affect the well-being of both the woman and the developing child.
With this project, the Crisis Pregnancy Center aims to provide assistance to women who have decided to give birth and are still pregnant, as well as to single mothers who have already given birth or women who are experiencing other crisis pregnancy situations.
