Before the beginning of a new school year, every year we ask you to support the education and training of children living in SOS villages. SOS mothers, who take care of children in SOS villages, say „education for children is like a cure, the way to the future“. In order to equally study with other peers, children in SOS villages need additional assistance – constant activities with teachers, psychologists, logopedists and an opportunity to attend the activities they love.
Have you ever thought what would happen to children, who lost their parents or are from social risk families, if we did not provide any help? What future will be waiting for socially, physically and emotionally abandoned children, who are insecure, can not forget the harm and have no opportunities for full education? p>
About the project. On September 1st 300 children from our organization will go to different education institutions. For each child special education (psychologists, speech therapists, additional teachers) 600 Lt are spent per year. For other activities and ability training – 400 Lt, school equipment – 200 Lt. Every child has to visit different specialists several times a week. It is an essential help for disadvataged children, because without this help these children will not learn how to live independently, plan their future and become a part of the society.
Funds will be allocated to constant professional help for 300 children in 2014.
