PROBLEM
As the largest humanitarian organisation in Lithuania, we see the problem that Lithuanian citizens face disasters on a daily basis - from fires to searches for missing people. Our research has shown that when people are in trouble, they don't know where to turn, often desperately try to find help on social networks, or don't look for help at all due to the shame they feel for having faced a disaster.
