Finding a job for a person with a disability is not easy - due to the gap from the labor market, high requirements, prejudices and fears.
Artūras shares: "Before, I just spent time alone at home - in front of the computer or TV. Sometimes I went to exercise. I don't want to live like this anymore. I feel better emotionally when I work and communicate with people. Work changed my life.”
Maxim's brother Oleg: "I was inspired by SOPA's warm approach. I wrote a letter and the same week my brother and I came to get to know each other. No lines, no proof, I was even surprised that it is possible in Lithuania. I regret one thing - that I didn't know about this place earlier. I would like such institutions to have a lot of support and funding, because otherwise we will not move forward as a society."
