Arts Printing House – open year-round to the contemporary performing arts community, it is a space where, under one roof, attention is given to non-governmental performing arts organizations, programs for emerging Lithuanian artists, creative spaces for both Lithuanian and international artists, and innovative, interdisciplinary contemporary performing arts events – from contemporary circus, street theatre, and children’s theatre festivals to the presentation of the latest performing arts works, films, books, and educational activities.
Key areas of activity of the Arts Printing House:
*Incubation of cultural and arts organizations and creators, and provision of related public services; *Production and organization of international performing arts festivals (KITOKS, SPOT, HELIUM – formerly the New Circus Weekend); *Residency space for performing arts organizations; *Venue for presenting international performing arts projects; *Venue for developing joint projects with international partners; *A space for public discussions and reflection on new and unique Lithuanian and international performing arts phenomena; *Coordination and development of educational performing arts projects and programs; *A center for collecting and disseminating information about contemporary performing arts.
