The Crisis Management Center (CMC) is a non-governmental organization created on the basis of professional volunteer work, providing professional psychological counseling services. Experienced specialists dedicate their time and energy to help those facing difficult life situations who cannot wait for scheduled assistance or cannot afford to pay for it.
We offer initial free and confidential support outside of working hours, both remotely and in person. No prior registration is required, and there are no age or other restrictions. Continued crisis support (up to 8 sessions) is provided at a social price of €15 per session.
In addition, the mobile Crisis Management Team works actively and effectively. This service is aimed at companies and organizations experiencing unexpected crisis situations. The team’s goal is to prevent prolonged crisis reactions, reduce emotional stress, and help people return more quickly to their normal life rhythm, adapting to loss or changed circumstances.
Each year, we provide more than 1,000 consultations. Currently, over 40 volunteers work with CMC, supporting people who are experiencing crises due to relationship difficulties, loss, suicidal thoughts, violence, mental health disorders, and other life challenges.
