Day center for the disabled "Mažoji guboja" has been successfully operating for 25 years, caring for intellectually impaired persons aged 21 and older. Some have grown up in this center since the age of 10. This is their second home.
The day center continuously provides daily employment services for the disabled, strengthens social skills, teaches them to independently solve everyday problems, and seek help. We pay great attention to artistic activities: theater, painting, organization of exhibitions. Creative and educational activities help disabled people to reveal themselves, gain useful experience, develop creativity, and especially independence, learn to listen, hear, feel, and concentrate.
