Civil Society Institute is the center of the public politics research, society‘s information and educational projects implementation. The Institute was established in 2004 by the foundations of “Atvira Lietuva“ and „Valdas Adamkus“. Our vision is to create a strong civil society consisting of independent, active and politically loyal people.
